Rob brings over 10 years of Commercial Real Estate experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Investments at DJM. In this role, Rob focuses on investment strategy and execution, as well as both debt and equity capital relationships across the portfolio.

In his previous role at Brookfield Properties, Rob served as a Vice President of Finance where he was responsible for strategy and execution of over $2 billion of asset-level debt financing and joint venture equity transactions across Brookfield’s mixed use development business in North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Rob was Director of Capital Markets for OliverMcMillan, a nationally focused Mixed Use development firm based in San Diego. At OliverMcMillan Rob was a member of the firm’s executive team and led the sale of OliverMcMillan to Brookfield Properties.

Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is a member of the CFA Institute and actively involved in various CRE organizations including ICSC and ULI.
