During the last 25 years, Brett has overseen or personally managed the development and redevelopment of more than 4.5 million square feet of retail and mixed use developments with a total development cost in excess of $900 million dollars

As Senior Vice President of Construction and Development, Brett has cultivated and oversees a team of talented real estate professionals in the design, entitlement, construction and tenant coordination of all of DJM’s projects.

Before joining DJM, Brett held positions as the President of his own Real Estate Development consulting group, Senior Vice President of Development for another Southern California retail and mixed use developer and Vice President of Real Estate for James Perse.
