Becky Sullivan brings nearly two decades of experience to her role as DJM’s Chief Operating Officer.

Becky has lead DJM’s largest and most complex projects. As COO, she directs all operations for DJM’s sales, marketing, and development teams while managing a 2 million-square-foot portfolio valued at $1.3 billion.

In her previous role at DJM as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development, Becky developed more than $500 million in construction from mixed-use retail through Bella Terra, The Residences at Bella Terra, Pacific City and Lido Marina Village. 

Becky’s grandfather founded Bogard Construction in 1947. Learning the construction business from the inside out, Becky’s family legacy in the industry has provided her with a deep well of experience and a passion for the attention to detail necessary to manage complex projects and teams.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is an active member of several CRE and community organizations, was recently named Real Estate Forum’s top 50 under 40, and is dedicated to Team G, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer.
